Aluminum chrome brick: The main mineral composition is α-Al2O3-Cr2O3 solid solution. The secondary mineral consists of a small amount of composite spinel (or no composite spinel) and a refractory brick with a chromium oxide content of 1% to 30%. There are two kinds of fused cast chrome corundum bricks and sintered chrome corundum bricks. In general, chrome corundum bricks refer to sintered chrome corundum bricks.
At present, the application of aluminum chrome bricks has been widely used. One is chrome corundum brick made of metal chromium slag as the main raw material. The product is widely used in zinc smelting electric furnace and volatile kiln, and chrome corundum brick has excellent Thermal shock stability and high temperature creep performance, while meeting the requirements of the national recycling economy.
The chrome corundum brick products produced by our company are made of corundum and fused chromium oxide as the main raw materials, together with additives such as micro-powder, which are kneaded, formed and dried, and fired at high temperature in the shuttle kiln. The product has the characteristics of wear resistance, thermal shock resistance and acid and alkali corrosion resistance. High-chromium bricks (Cr2O3≥90%) are mainly used in key parts of coal-fired chemical, chemical industry kiln, alkali-free glass fiber kiln, garbage incinerator, etc.; chrome corundum brick is mainly used in carbon black furnace and copper smelting furnace. The lining, the molten pool of the glass furnace, the slide of the rolling steel heating furnace, and the tapping platform. The appearance size, physical and chemical indicators and service life of the products have reached or exceeded the level of similar products at home and abroad.
