Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide bricks for blast furnace
Refractories made of SiC as the main raw material. The content of SiC ranged from 72% to 99%. It can be divided into clay bonding, Si3N4 bonding, Sialon bonding, beta-SiC bonding, Si2ON2 bonding and recrystallization silicon carbide bricks.
Application:
Silicon carbide brick has high thermal conductivity, good wear resistance, thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance. It can be used for lining of aluminium electrolysis cell, molten aluminium conduit and ceramic kiln furniture, lower part of large and medium blast furnace body, waist and hearth, lining of aluminium refining furnace, lining of zinc distillation tank, etc.
High temperature resistance (1800 degreesC, load softening temperature 1620-1640), low coefficient of thermal expansion, good abrasion resistance to quench and heat are suitable for cooling belt and kiln mouth.
