Silicon carbide mullite bricks

The silicon carbide, mullite, high alumina bauxite clinker is used as the main raw material, and other auxiliary materials are pressed and formed, and the fired product with high wear resistance is obtained.
     It is widely used in China's large-scale cement rotary kiln. Take the 60-meter-long rotary kiln as an example. Except for the cast-iron belt with a length of about 20 meters, the directly combined with the magnesia-chrome brick and the 0.8 m castable material before and after the joint can be used. Different grades of silica bricks are used.
After using Silicon carbide mullite brick, users said that they have good thermal shock resistance, high temperature strength, corrosion resistance during use, no peeling, no breakage, and prolonged service life. The reason is: the brick surface temperature of the cement rotary kiln transition zone is about 1400 °C, the load softening start temperature of Silicon carbide mullite brick is above 1500 °C, which is enough to resist high temperature impact, and the product structure is compact, anti-erosion and wear resistance is particularly good. It is the most ideal brick type in the transition zone. This brick has good thermal shock resistance and low thermal conductivity. It is required by the process characteristics of the transition zone. The service life is 1.5-2 times that of the anti-flaking brick. With a service life of more than 2 years, it is 3-5 times that of traditional high-alumina bricks. It can be used in sub-sintering belts and over-belts. The service life of kiln can reach more than 15 months. Increased production and quality of cement clinker.
It has good thermal shock resistance, high strength and good wear resistance. It is applied to the secondary firing zone and transition zone of cement kiln.
